Bob Hoopingarner conducted a Leadership Development class for Faller, Davis and Associates. The class included our key employees and was conducted monthly over the course of a year. Our employees received leadership training, communication skills and professional development. Bob provided monthly feedback from the sessions and identified our “rising star” employees. Subsequent to the class, Bob developed a mentoring program that has been highly successful and has been incorporated into our employee retention plan.

Bob has also provided leadership coaching on an individual basis over the last two years which has been very effective.
